Applications:

  • RIM (Reaction Injection Moulding)

Rubber & Silicone Moulding

We produce high-quality rubber and silicone parts in a range of hardnesses, colours, and material grades. From soft elastomers to durable engineering rubbers, we create custom components such as seals, grommets, grips, and protective housings. Ideal for prototypes, short-run production, and flexible parts requiring strength, resilience, or fine detail.

Plastic & Polyurethane Casting

Cost-effective, production-quality parts without the need for injection tooling. We cast rigid, flexible, and crystal-clear plastics using high-accuracy moulds, delivering strong, detailed components suitable for prototypes, housings, handles, and visual models. Perfect for low-volume manufacturing with excellent surface finish and durability.

Jigs & Fixtures

Custom-built jigs, fixtures, and tooling aids designed to improve assembly speed, accuracy, and repeatability. Using a mix of CNC machining, 3D printing, and casting, we produce robust, purpose-made tools for alignment, inspection, and production workflows.
