SLA - (STEREOLITHOGRAPHY)

Stereolithography apparatus (SLA) produces 3D printed parts by curing photopolymer resins with light. It extremely accurate and produces smoother surfaces than some other 3D printing technologies, yet it is quick.

SLS (SELECTIVE LASER SINTERING)

SLS is an additive manufacturing technology for 3D printing parts. Printing is fully self-supporting, enabling complex geometries. It is suitable for both visual models and functional prototypes.

FDM (FUSED DEPOSITION MODELLING)

FDM is great option for rapid prototyping concept parts, functional models, as well as jigs and fixtures.  This process works by the material being melted and extruded through a nozzle ,this is in order to 3D print a cross section of an object each layer at a time.  The bed lowers for each new layer and repeats until the object is completed.

DLP (DIGITAL LIGHT PROJECTION)

DLP uses a similar printing process to SLA but is much quicker.  DLP uses uses a projector. This projector cures a photopolymer resin, one layer at a time just like SLA. Parts are produced with high accuracy and level of detail

3D Printing

3D printing allows for the design and print of more complex designs than traditional manufacturing processes. It is by far the quickest and most cost effective way to produce parts. 3D prints can be expertly hand finished and assembled as a working prototype or used as masters for tooling. From high volume reproduction or large scale sculptures, to intricate prototypes
